Undelete Memory Stick is an application that lets you scan your removable drives for files that you may have accidentally deleted. It can then recover those files by copying them to your hard drive. Although the name of the app seems to suggest that it may only work with Memory Sticks, I was able to scan USB flash drives and SD cards as well.
The first thing that you will see when you launch Undelete Memory Stick is a list of the cards and devices connected to your PC. The application automatically scans everything and you can preview the list of files that can be recovered right there. Additionally, you can select a volume and click on "Next" to see the entire list in more details.
All of the files that can be recovered will be listed on the right pane. The utility will display information on each file, including date of modification, cluster and condition. Those with a good condition can be easily and completely recovered, while those that are in a poor condition may only be partially recovered.
Undelete Memory Stick also lets you recover erased partitions, which can come in handy if you deleted one accidentally.
